1. Who We Are

Forever Memories is a personalised book service that lets customers create custom-printed books as gifts. These terms govern your use of our website and any purchase or order you place with us. By using our site, you agree to them.

2. Placing an Order

When you complete checkout and receive a confirmation email, a binding order has been placed. At that point, production begins and changes may not be possible. Please review all details, including recipient name, cover photo, genre, and format, before confirming.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraud or content that violates our guidelines. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Refunds and Reprints

Because every book is made to order and personalised to a specific recipient, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final once the book enters production.

We will reprint or refund your order if:

• The book arrives damaged or with a print defect that we caused
• The book was lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery
• We made an error that differs from your confirmed order details

To request a reprint or refund, email us within 14 days of your delivery date with a description and photos where relevant. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and begin from the date production is complete, not from the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot redirect orders after they have shipped.

6. Content You Provide

You are responsible for everything you submit: answers to story questions, uploaded photos, names, and any other content.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use it, including photos of other people
• It does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or privacy right
• It is not offensive, defamatory, or illegal

We do not use your content for any purpose other than producing your order and communication related to it.

7. Intellectual Property

The book you purchase is yours. The platform, design system, and AI generation tools that produced it belong to Forever Memories. You may not resell or commercially reproduce the book without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order. Continued use of our service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Forever Memories is registered. Any disputes will be handled through that jurisdiction's courts unless we agree to another method of resolution.
